In our careers, we’re lucky when we encounter individuals whom we deeply respect, who push us to be better, and challenge our thinking. It happens most often with peers in our own company, with our clients, and if we’re being perfectly honest, a lot less often when it comes to partners we collaborate with on behalf of those clients.

When I met Mason earlier in my career (on the brand agency side), he and his team were definitely an exception to the latter. While Elicit’s deep customer insight rocked our creative world (for the better), Mason and his team also invited us to challenge their recommendations to ensure we were creating an experience that would not only meet end-consumer needs, but also stretch them to new places. This, my friends, is a very rare find for a consultancy rooted in Data Analytics and Customer Science, and is a direct result of Mason’s youthful and energetic leadership style that paves the way for thinking outside the box. In fact, his thinking is what ultimately led me to join the Elicit team too!

That is why I found it so appropriate that the Forbes Agency Council has welcomed Mason into its esteemed group of creative leaders.
