BY CHUCK DENSINGER – COO & CO-FOUNDER
This week was a very cool week. My business partner and friend, Mason Thelen, was honored as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist for the Upper Midwest. While the black-tie gala was a treat in and of itself, knowing our company is now associated with such an achievement was the best gift of all. I was privy to the entire behind-the-scenes process leading up to his recognition, and Mason’s common theme was simple: our team is exceptional and without them, there would be no personal success. It was a refreshing approach to an award that is supposed to highlight an individual. It obviously resonated with the judges.
Ernst & Young was kind enough to share with us the video they played at the gala and you’ll notice the “team” theme showing up throughout. Congrats again, Mason. We’re all proud to have you at the helm of Elicit.
